Solid analysis. Except you forgot to mention we already have a 95 overall live series Trout with quirks activated in game that costs 250k. So I need to 1-2 million stubs to have 2 Trout's? What do I do with the other one?

A) I was excited, if a bit underwhelmed by the card. Believe it or not a lot of us will do it just for the fun of it, not because the card is so great. I enjoyed the speculation this past week and then the buildup and realization when it was Trout. You’re telling me you weren’t excited all week to see who it was??
B) I haven’t spend a dime past $60 to buy the game and I’m sitting on 1 M stubs and just a future future stars away from Trout. And it’s not like I’ve flipped or played the market a ton. And there are definitely tips because you only need 15/18 vouchers.
Thanks for your feedback, but if you aren’t interested in Trout or my podcast, then please just ignore them and move on.
Lol at not needing to purchase stubs. Some of us have jobs, wives, kids etc... Those people, world series level players or not, will have to purchase stubs to complete the collection, not enough time in the day for the game, nice try though. Which is exactly why we've had a stub sale the past week. Also, I'll comment on your special thread any time I choose. Or do you only want positive comments? Is that how this works? Work job. Have kids. Have wife. Am in the middle of selling my home. Have 600k that I could easily put towards Trout from investing. Have 11/15 required for him, haven't spent more than $80 for the MVP edition. Dont need to buy stubs my guy. If you want to sit here and whine about why you're not getting a participation trophy, you can make like a tree and get outta here.

So, spend $ or play for hundreds of hours to collect.... wait for it...... Trout ....when we already, currently, have a live series boosted 96 overall Trout with quirks in play. I grinded for Honus too. Grinding a little longer and I still wont have Trout because I'm not a complete loser that wants to collect him just to collect him or so he can be a possible bench bat. With Honus at least he started for me all year.
Trout is a massive, massive disappointment. You know it, I know it and the majority of players know it. No sugar coating to be done. So own it. This is a failure. Say it. No one wants to complete such a costly collection with the inability to ever use those stubs again for a card that's a little better than his current. It's a joke.

If you purchased the game 2 weeks ago? Then what? See the cost of live series lately? Home run derby cards? You get to use the wack Trout card once Ruth, Mantle, May's, Teddie etc are already available if you dont spend a dime and just grind away starting 2 weeks ago.... Yayyy

This card choice was a monumental failure. Slap in the face to all that grinded their a$$ off.

Where I have an issue is that if you actually listened to the podcast I believe we actually said that we were a bit disappointed in Trout. You came in with a comment that could’ve been proven wrong if you had actually listened to the content you were bashing.
If you give it a listen and have some legit feedback - good or bad - I will take it to heart. Someone left a 1 star review that the audio was terrible, which it was. I’m glad he left that review and now we have a new system that is much better. But when it’s obvious that you just read my post and took your bitterness about Trout out here, without listening, I’m not too concerned with what you have to say.
