You probably have more than 13 pitchers on the ML roster. IRL MLB keeps pushing back the deadline when this rule will take effect.

Because originally the rule was teams could only carry 13 pitchers. Due to the shortened ST MLB has delayed implementation of this rule until 6/1. At that point all teams will be restricted to 13 pitchers. No it cannot be changed.

The new playing surface will need to be updated too. Given the travel restrictions it as probably next to impossible for the developers to get access to the ballpark until now. Might not see it updated until next year unfortunately. But it looks amazing IRL, what a huge upgrade!
