Is anyone else having the worst time with timing windows? Sometimes it feels like a sinker is coming in at a million miles an hour, and then the game randomly decides to just throw a changeup sinker in there. Even in the same at-bat, it just feels like my window to swing varies pitch to pitch. I'll be super late on a sinker, then prep for the next one, swing generally at the same speed, then all of the sudden I'm super early. It feels like the servers have gone to absolute [censored] and it's impossible to get a game with good connection (even though I have 1 gb internet).

Also the lineouts have to stop. When I lose a game because I lined out on 3 perfects and 4 other 100+ EV hits, and the opponent BS's their way with a 90 EV HR, it makes me want to pull my frickin hair out. I'm sick and tired of being punished for playing well while the game gifts a win to the opponent.

Pitching is at an all-time horrible place. Pinpoint is buggy at best and even when getting a perfect timing and perfect pattern your pitch goes into the center of the plate frequently. Then there's the games were your pitches warp into freaking Narnia because of bad server connection.

Overall I'm really enjoying the game this year, the content is awesome and the gameplay is slightly more refined than last year. But if I keep losing ranked games and missing out on rewards because of the absolute BULL that happens just about every game, I will lose my ever loving mind. I could say I'll consider not buying the game next year, but we all know that we're in the trenches and as it's the only real baseball game out there, there's no way I'm not buying 26.

@RAisEdByGoAt_XBL I completely agree. Sometimes it’s an amazing, fun experience and you know it’s functioning as it should. The rest of the time it feels like they’re running the game on McDonald’s wifi.

But seriously I do agree with you on some of this stuff. My stats have gone up compared to last year (I think, hopefully mr. stat guy doesn't come at my throat for this) and I made WS for the first time, but because I've gotten better at the game. If we were on the same level of stadium elevation as last year, my stats might be through the roof. The well hit balls with good launch angles just feel like they're dying this year, and not for lack of good cards.

They doubled down on their usage of slider/sweeper PCI shrinkage and at the higher difficulties, good luck tbh. No matter how good of a player you are, even guys like OhChev, ItsPlayful, and the guys who compete for money, you're bound to get bent over by it. And unlike COD streamers, I think guys like this actually have good ideas to help the game (ie, cutting back on the shrinkage).

All of that being said, it's better in some aspects than last year. But they need to improve so many things before they release 26.
