I used to play on quick play but this patch quick play does nothing. It has made me realize what I was missing. Its so interesting to watch the same walk up animation over and over and over and over again. And after this patch now I get to watch another very necessary cut after every hit. As much as I love watching every player scream and point into the camera after every base hit, I don't think its enough. I want to see atleast 16 replays of my bloop hit to right field. Does anyone know how to turn up the cutscenes and walkup. Do you think maybe next patch we can get a replay and pitch analysis between every pitch.

Who else is enjoying perfect perfect flyballs that dont even make it to the warning track off 63 rated common pitchers against the veteran cpu at Coors field with the wind blowing out 5 mph with 100 power luis robert and 103 power anthony rizzo!!!!!!! So much fun

How many perfect perfect flyballs do you think I have to hit before I get the ball to at least the warning track?

What is the point in ending it for good? Why change the formula that has been around for several years? Especially since the [censored] start to 21.

Until a few days ago I could login about every other day because of server issues. When I could log in only half my games would count because of server issues. They finally made things right at the end and gave 100k xp for easy collections. Little did I know that it would only last about a day. People do work atleast extend it for the weekend.

So glad this was game was free

Its fine. 4 fps is great for hitting fastballs

Anyone else sick of having 3 of these every game? Big papi and his 92 power just hit one against a bronze pitcher. Didn't even make it to the warning track.

I haven't played anything but moments until today. Hitting somehow seems much worse than last year. Moments have always been a joke tho so I didn't think much of it. Hoped into a conquest game on veteran against gonoslin. 2 games 5 perfect perfect fly balls. 2 with schwarber, 2 with mercedes, and 1 with hunter renfroe. All over 80 power but not one of them even reached the warning track. wow

I did hit a homer with schwarber on a ball a foot and a half inside and my pci didn't even touch the ball with early timing tho.

Glad this was free on game pass as I would be pissed if I had to pay for this

I'm too late on 88 mph on rookie. Walkups, animations, menus its all choppy af. Hopefully they can patch

I respect you a great deal Mitch, as you are one of the best players on these forums. I have no problem with this however. The pitch location was down and away outside of the strike zone(although not by much). Good pitching input and Pitch location have to matter too IMO. Almost every WS player is already hitting .350 with the top players approaching .500. I agree this game has its faults, but that is more based on inconsistency rather than actual poor gameplay IMO. The reason we have problems with this game every year is because the community can't agree on what we actually want. 90 percent of the community want a baseball game while the top players, content creators, and kids that believe every word that the contents creators say want a batting practice simulator. SDS tries to please both crowds and that's how we end up with a product such as this game. I think 17-15 games at Shippett on HOF and even Legend are much more a a problem for a BASEBALL game than you not getting a hit on this particular pitch. Looking at the ERA's on the top of the leaderboard is just sad IMO.

The ERA’s are high bc it’s way to easy to square the ball up on HOF, pitching location is awful, and there are way too many foul balls and check swings. Top players are gonna hit like crazy, unless they make the game significantly harder, which would [censored] off the casuals, or significantly more hitting RNG, which would [censored] off everyone.

That pitch was right on the black, probably would’ve run me up. Should I be punished just bc it was a “good pitch”? I don’t think so. I got my pci to that good pitch perfectly and drove it the other way. Should be a no doubter with that input. I don’t think hitting exit velos should be broken just so they can artificially lower ERA’s to hide how bad the pitching is.

There is no point getting angry the gameplay has been ruined by rng for a few years now. The masses of morons want it this way so thats the way it is.

This game is a joke. Pitches go where ever they want no matter input. Hitting is completely broken and has been for years. Sad. Its a arcade game that they rng into a simulation. User input means next to nothing.

I'm ok with an elite sale/any player every year that is near impossible to get for the average player.....as long as there is also a usable version of him aswell. Some people just want to play with their favorite players. It would be nice if they would release a say, 95 sale in say, the ticket counter or pr reward or something easy to get.
