Believe me, I'm still mad, but at least I got an answer.

Microsoft told me that 7 pm the code goes active. Still sucks though.

The Microsoft rep said it will be available at 7 pm eastern U.S.

This is a widespread issue. I have a feeling we'll get a fix but it's still very disappointing to deal with. I'm done with physical copies of games.

Nobody knows. I'm waiting to call Microsoft. This is ridiculous though.
