There is also an option of half count pitches if you wanna risk it a little. Often half count will be quicker but still give you a chance or two. But it’s often only a chance or two. So you need to make it count. It’s quicker than watching all and more chances than just action pitch but it can be risky cause if they try to slide step or pick off or anything like that it’s less chances of seeing a swing and miss to try the next time.

I always suggest don’t be a two way player until you get to either AAA or if you want MLB. From my experience if you decide to become a two way player once more in AAA first year you should by mid August get to MLB. If you wanna be MLB sooner don’t become two way till you are in MLB which should be early August. At some point they always ask you to be a two way player again so refusing to do it the first time doesn’t hurt overall just delays when you get to be one.
Once you are on you tend to stay but some peoples experience may vary. Now granted this is all true with fairly high level people 80+ overall. Anything less they may keep you longer I find.

@soviet-kouala_xbl said in forced to change pitch.:
i have all my base stats maxed. when it comes time to train the only option i have is to change one of my pitches i cant back out and keep playing i have to change a pitch. is there anyway around this?
I have the same issue. Doesn’t matter what I seem to do I always have to pick from the bullpen. Really limits my desire to play as a two way player/pitcher if I never get to keep the pitches I want due to always having the change them every 6 games.
Stealing in RTTS impossible?
Not getting called up rtts
forced to change pitch.
