Will there be actual and accurate spring training caps for this year's season 2024? I only ask because last year (2023) and the prior (2022 I believe) we're not accurate.

When are they going to add Tatis Jr? He has been playing for a while now but is not in the Padres organization.

Buck Showalter was in the game when he managed the Orioles. I remember that being on day one of I think the 2014 version of the Show. The developers will always have excuses and a lot of people who go along and eat them up.

Let's hope that the scoreboard is changed next update, plus the roster and managers, especially Buck. If I'm paying for a simulation, especially one that is sanctioned by MLB, you would expect that the little things would be fixed/included. Attention to detail is something that doesn't exist in SDS seams like. Like I said, let's hope they fix these issues next update. Somehow I feel like this is false hope.

You are the first one to even mention that. If you look at all the sites, especially Twitter, you can see that the scoreboard was not even close to what they posted in the game. Here is a link from March 1st, which is like 3 weeks before release:

I started a franchise with the Mets at my friend's house to try the game before I commit to buying, and guess what, Buck Showalter is not in the game. I kinda understand last year, but what's the excuse this year? I remember that MLB 2K was horrible but the rosters including the management team was accurate always. There is no excuse why he or Kodai Senga aren't in the game. I checked the Red Sox roster and saw that the Japanese outfielder (can't remember his name) is in, but Senga who signed before him isn't. I think there is some weird conspiracy with the Mets and the developers of this game. You just need to look at the Citi Field's scoreboard to realize this. I won't spend a dime until these issues are fixed.

They don't care about a WBC mode. If it isn't a Diamond Dynasty request they won't even bother with it.

These are the same uniforms from last year, especially the spring training ones. They have a spring training mode but no spring training uniforms. Unbelievable!

Citi Field looks horrendous with that huge scoreboard that they put in the game. It looks like they never did research on what the new stadium scoreboard was supposed to look like. What a mess! No research from a team that is supposed to deliver a consistent and realistic stadium to what it is in real life.

That is one of many errors or glitches I have seen so far. If you look at the Mets alternate road uniform it is the same as the home alternate 98 uniform. It seems like there was no Quality Control prior to releasing the game. The alternate road uniform is the royal blue which says New York in the front. They had it right last year. Other issues are glitches that I get sometimes like lines coming out of the umpire's or players face. There are also roster updates for players that are missing and maybe they can update the playoffs format too. Let's hope they can push an update soon.

I'm a Mets fan so not only are the rosters wrong, but the Mets alternate road uniform is a duplicate of the Mets 98 home uniform. I don't know how you can't pay attention to detail and duplicate the same uniform twice and then release the game at $70. Franchise is pretty much the mode I play the most so I hope they can review, fix, and release an update soon.

I'm wondering when the next update or patch will come out as there are several things that need to be fixed. Some of the things that need to be looked at are Mets alternate road jersey as they duplicated the uniform with the alternate home 98 uniform (don't know how that happened, no attention to detail), a lot of people complaining of similar uniform, like wrong caps, and gameplay issues. Another thing that I hope can be fixed are the playoffs format as I hope an update should fix it.

Robinson Cano is absent from the game which I understand because he didn't play last year, but Marcel Ozuna is which I don't understand. I haven't researched if Ozuna played but I think he didn't because he was also suspended. I imagine that this will get fixed with an update but it just adds to the playoffs not being correct and uniform errors ( look at Mets ) which take away from modes like franchise.

If you look at the Mets alternate road jersey it is the same as the alternate 1998 home uniform. Basically they repeated the same uniform twice instead of adding the royal blue and grey jerseys. I imagine it will be fixed in a future update but I have seen some YouTube videos with more teams having similar issues on all versions of the game (Xbox, switch, etc.)

Can't they just release an update to fix this issue?
