I thought on the stream they said the default was competitive mode but that you could change that in settings for offline play in DD.

As far as money is concerned and whether your franchise can "fix" the problem by getting another player within their budget I think the worse deal is the one where the player is NOT injured and is just playing poorly and/or washed. If the player is injured then the team is still recouping some of its money via the insurance they take out on all of these contracts.

Nothing of note from Extreme, but did pull LS Verlander ($188K) yesterday from a RIB Headliners pack.

It was a bad trade, but I still think Pedro Martinez for Delino Deshields (Sr.) ranks ahead of it as one of the worst of all time.

Wasn't Bellinger silver last year at the start of the season? I see Seager being similar this year.

Agree as well. I have particularly enjoyed the TA3 content and having something to work toward completing as an almost exclusively offline player.

Keep working through those TA paths. Lots of packs to hopefully get lucky with one here or there. Pulled Cole last night from a BIAH pack that was part of my Cubs TA.

If you were at 100% on Stage 2 going to the Stage 3 cards with exchanges is pretty much free with the team affinity packs, the BIAH pack, and the 5K stubs given how much the market has crashed at this point. And if you go beyond that you get another minimum 7500 stubs with the BIAH bundle and the 2,500 stubs.

Agree with this. A couple of years ago, maybe for the Finest cards, there were challenges where you had to go through and beat each MLB team in a 9 inning offline game that I thought was pretty fun. Difficulty increased as you started to play better teams.
