I have a PS5 and I was wondering will I be able to create new stadiums for use in the minors of my RTTS?

I think it’d be a good idea to add A ball to RTTS. Lots of players get started in A ball. Since there’s been a major restructuring in the minor leagues it might easier to make this happen.
Create a stadium is only available on next gen consoles.
