    Why not? Anyone playing better?

    Hey hey i called it

    You did.....credit is due.

As a fan of Rizzo and his card I'm excited. As a fan of the game, this is not a good pick. There were several players far better than Rizzo this last month and many of them may never get a high diamond unless they keep it up: Logan Gilbert, Pablo Lopez, Ty France, CJ Cron, JP Crawford, Eric Hosmer and on and on.

    Rizzo is hitting .242.

Batting average isn't everything. As of this moment (5/5/22) he's batting .242/.355/.582 with a OPS of .938 and an OPS+ of 175 along with 9 HRs. France has a higher OPS+ but isn't batting as good in the other categories. I think the only player who you named that deserves it more would be JP. That man is having a monster year so far and has Rizzo beat in every stat but HRs with less ABs.

I agree batting average is not everything, certainly not in this era. Did you know the last person to hit over .350 was Josh Hamilton in 2010!!!!!! That's sad.

But I digress. Logan Gilbert certainly deserves this with a 4-0 and 0.68 ERA. Buuuuut, chicks dig the long ball and it can be said the energy behind the Yankees great first month (and strong finish during the regular season last year) is Rizzo. Plus he looks like Mike Trout....and Hunter Renfroe.

SDS also hates Seattle players not named Julio Rodriguez or Jared Kelenic

The fielding badge in games is just based off of the fielding attribute. The badge on the card is a combination of all three. It is dumb but that is just how it is

I understand that but when a card has 93 fielding and it is displaying them as a gold badge in game that makes no sense to me.

Can you name an example of a card that does this? I personally have not seen that happen

I had it happen to Bryan Reynolds where it showed his fielding badge went from a should be gold to a silver when he's at an 84 for fielding. I heard (not sure if it's credible or not) from a friend the same happened to him with live series Buxton. Sometimes it shows up normal but it is inconsistent.

I've noticed this in both my own account and multiple content creators videos. All of my players are in their primary positions and they aren't displaying the right fielding badge in game. It is as if they are getting a secondary position penalty regardless if they are in their primary or not. I'm not sure if it effects the players in game or not, nor the way to begin to test it. I haven't found a way to fix it unless have high 90s fielding at every position. I first experienced this in mini seasons, event games, and pretty much every other DD gamemode in 22. Is there a fix planned on this that anyone knows about or anything?
