What worst is that you can't even use you guy at the position you want him in because DD has him listed as something else..... Using a SP/LF and I can't even use him as an SP because DD has him as a RP???? WTF This whole Architype system blows

I thought it was great and better than the drama the NY Vultures would have made up if one of the two were scuffling longer or made a ton of errors and then talk about who has to go/get traded "for the health of the Team" because they had a "fight" (gotta get those clicks/ad buys). It's pretty realistic, the team doesn't want to start the clock on you. They'll call you up again (and possible send you back down as you have options left, check the 40 man.... bet you're on it) once those options are used up they'll put you on the MLB roster.

*They are doing the same to my player, but my Ovr is still low due to progress issues. But I got the Spring Invite (did really good) and am on the 40 Man, but starting off in AAA.

I really thought that the new update would have fix the frame rate issues on Xbox One and One S but, all we get is a roster update and diamond dynasty updates. Hopefully SDS sees this because it's an issue that's going unnoticed.

If they fix it it will be far into the future. But I think it's just that the last gen consoles aren't going to run this game well. Even last years game on PS4 had stuttering. At least on OG PS4, not sure about PRO.

Ran good on the Pro, just not in 4K. 4K looks great but the frame rate and tearing is an issue

Stupid question Did you equip them in the equipment section of My Ball Player? and you have to select your player wearing them on his hat/none/all the time etc.... in the customize section part of it where you can change hair/beards/height/weight etc (last one on bottom is equipment, height/weight etc is General I think)

If you are using Dynamic Difficulty turn it off and go with a straight setting like Veteran, All-Star or HoF (if new I suggest Veteran as you will see breaking pitches and not every pitch down the middle) Dynamic will mess with your hitting, drop your difficulty, then you mash, then it raises it, and you can't hit for [censored] etc..

Right now the only way to boost your power numbers is to use equipment as training is....sparse... to say kindly

You can use Normal and Contact swing and still hit homers, power swing use very sparingly unless you know that you're getting a pitch in a spot for sure. (I only use it if I know that a pitcher is gonna pitch me in a certain spot and I am ahead in the count) Some pitchers you can read, like they will pitch twice in the lower zone, one outside then come in on you.....I ambushed a few this way

I noticed this last night, my last at bat was as a Pinch Hitter and I got a neg in either Plate Disp or Vision. I had 3 pluses in it in the beginning and the last entry was a minus and I got no small advancement and a regression. I thought it was weird and was waiting to see if it happened again.

Usually they are Rewards for doing things like 12-0 in DD, WS title, Conquest and such

Agreed..... Input Lag looks like this. I remember trying to play Remote play and Meter Pitching would do exactly what the OP is describing. I am just happy that the Frame Tearing has been mostly done away with, as this used to be frustrating as hell on Meter (frame tear would lag the meter from perfect area to red area and be inconsistent and you would see the jump as far as timing)

MLB wants the game to be a 9 inning HR Derby, plus they view pitchers as so fragile..... so expect more stupid rules

You can tune Dynamic Difficulty to update sooner, try that. It probably went that high when you were mashing and it's taking a while to adjust ((tuned to adjust after a full level or something like that) play with it till you find your sweet spot

Your animations do to, like batter stances, take strikes, etc... Beyond frustrating

You can turn it off in the Options. I think it's the Batter/hitter moments or Boss or something. Just turn it to off or disabled. (not sure on the name as PS4 is off atm)

I haven't played dd in about 4 years but I'm back into this year because why not. My kids are older I am financially stable and thought it would be fun and I cant help it, but I love opening packs.

Im not trying to make any excuses or anything like that but I gotta ask how some of yall feel knowing that you will never have enough time to put into this game to accomplish the higher achievements? How do yall deal with that? I play as much as I can and probably more than I should and I'm only at 100k xp and I see guys who are already past 600k.

I work 12 hour nights, 6 days a week, and I get about an hour a day to play my games before I get my kiddos ready for their day in the morning. I dont want sympathy as I understand we all work and have things to do. But im feeling a mixture of desperation to play as much as possible to progress as well as a sense of futility.

Its like life , try and have as much fun as possible in the time you find/make to try and do that.
