I've been waiting for weeks to get my missing 42 series McCutchen. I took the proper route and submitted a support ticket. No response. It's preventing me from getting Jackie, making it more expensive to get Rivera, and probably going to make it difficult getting the next big collection reward. It's so disheartening. This should be an easy fix. I know there are people waiting longer than me too. It's unacceptable to have this kind of slow response time to support tickets. I'm trying to be polite, but it's tough.

I have duplicates of Muncy and Santander so I can't complete the Jackie program. I submitted a ticket end of April. Best of luck. I think this is on the back burner for them with all the issues this year.

Yea it looks like it. Sucks that I wasted 200K+ stubs buying the other 42 cards thinking I had everything and locked them in.

I did all my team affinities a long time ago. I even remember taking Andrew McCutchen. I never used him in DD so I just assumed he was there. Now I went to collect my 99 Jackie and saw he wasn't in my inventory. I have no way of obtaining him. I've seen other people on twitter with similar problems. PLEASE HELP. PSN ID: DougieInMySnuggy
