The Yetis were a team made up of catchers playing out of position from MLB 17(?). You could play them on legend and it was pretty much a easy win every time. It was a very easy way to rack up stats and XP (it was allowed against other users teams that year).

Maybe set it up the way 2K (hate to give them credit!) did for "Evolution Players" this year? The cards that you could evolve to the highest level would a lot of the time have multiple tiers with multiple missions per level (score 200 points, get 50 rebounds, get 20 blocks as an example). These missions could be done both online and offline.
