I've noticed the same thing. It seems like players attributes don't mean anything this year

I agree with OP. I've been a huge fan of the franchise but this year's gameplay so far is absolute garbage especially online play! Not looking for a refund but am extremely disappointed. Expected it to improve over last year which I loved but it's quite the opposite experience so far
