I'm not the best pitcher in the world but I feel decent enough with it. I use pure analog for pitching. Since this weekend after practicing hitting on legend, my pitching control in all games has tanked. I am doing the same motions that I have and the balls are going nowhere near where I aimed. I have been getting more lates but even on good somehow the balls are moving more off my spot or dropping more out of the zone. It's getting hard to keep playing

Did something change since this weekend for pure analog or could it be moving up in ranked season and that did i. Or maybe I've never noticed it before. Any advise on how to get my timings with analog better.

Looking for best advice on either to change style or tips to get aim back

I went to practice hitting on legend and as soon as I revert back my hitting settings, the aim online is gone. Suddenly the same motions on the right stick (I pitch with that option) I did before this practice are late and cause the balls to drop or move away from the spot more than before. Same if its good or early, its just not going to the general spot

Any idea if they changed something, I messed something up, or I'm just being paranoid since I can't get good at the game with my hitting while pitching I'm fine with except that one pitch to let them score and I can't come back.

Just practice placing the pci on the ball even if it’s late. Then practice on timing the pitch. Early/good is rewarded more in exit velocity than anything else. Sit fastball, react off speed.

This is my first baseball game in over 10 years. I feel like even if I practice on default or make changes, it wont translate well to Ranked/BR and how they modify it.

I feel every time i move the pci its just defaults to ground ball/popup but maybe its just how I move it.

Any advice on practice settings so I can be more consistent is appreciated.

I was in pennant race and the rng and maybe 1 or two slightly off target pitches lost me a 7-2 lead. I still need practice but it just felt so annoying seeing it happen.
