I understand. It is frustrating and if you go to the sliders to make it more realistic then you get no xp. There is some things that can be improved upon. Don't know how easy a fix it would be to go through the code and see if it could be adjusted. It would be easier if the code was blocked off say if the umpire had its own code block or if it is in the ball to read if it is a strike or it might be the in the strikezone code.

Been reading post through out most of the forums and have not seen a reply to a post from a community manager. They should be here to communicate with us and relay information to the team. Hell they could even make a post about the workarounds for the rtts development of ballplayer and pin it to main page of rtts section so people will see it to many post about this problem. If there is a community manager please connect with the community talk to us it might even take some heat off thw devs and some frustrations from the community even might simmer down. I think most of community would like some feedback and make it known they are not being ignored. If there is not a community manager I will step up SDS hit me up.

My problem is when i am pitching most times it does not go where i placed it. Say it is bottom left corner of strike zone. It either sometimes goes bottom mid or further left out of strike zone this is on a 4sfb. It shouldnt have that much difference to it

You might want to go to settings then general then advanced and look for umpire accuracy and change it to perfect.

Go to diamond dynasty and play a game with your ballplayer. Then go back to road to the show. Make sure there is no equipment on your ballplayer before you play the game in DD. This seems to be the main work around for the community that is working

It is confusing for sure and it took me awhile to figure it out and watching a couple of videos on youtube. Your base stats start at 30 and will slowly go up to 50 through training and play. Then you add on the stats from your archetype and perks. I know it is confusing and i hope this gives you a little more information. Also i forgot to add equipment is suppose to add to those attributes but right now it is bugged out. It wont show on your overall

You can use RTTS player in DD. In DD mange your squad and look for you players position. You might have to switch to secondary position to find them.

I found that if you set them back to 50 on everything or in the middle it starts working again
