Cant believe they made it even harder to hit. Fast balls are unreal. I have to guess to have any chance to hit. They need to fix. Game is no fun right now in DD.

Wrong. Hangers are a big issue but they never should have touched hitting. If it was too slow for people, hit homeruns, win games, and get to a higher level where you feel like it's more difficult.

I'm just over .500 in ranked seasons so its not a high difficulty. Does mlb the show monitor this do maybe they will fix it?

Yes pitching is way out of balance. I'm no great hitter either but I'm over .500 in dd normally but right now its impossible to hit a fastball unless you guess. It should only be that hard for those players above all star level

THANK YOU allmustfall16! You hit it right on the head. I was 14 and 6 then they changed it and I'm I think 21 and 19. Ugh

It is a thing when they make such a large change and when you being up something that I have a relevant feeling about I'm gonna let you know. Today is the first time i have ever posted anywhere. I'm upset they messed up the game and your gonna hear about it when you try to say stop complaining. I have a valid point and until SDS changes it you will hear about it.

I disagree. This is my 3rd year playing and fastballs have always been hard to hit but now irs laughable. There is no comparison to 18 and 19.

Yeah they messed it up in the 1.4 update. Keep letting your voice be heard and hopefully they will fix it. They messed with the timing window for fastballs. Doesnt seem to happen every game for me but happens too much.

It's not the tv. Been using the same system for years. It's the 1.4 patch that screwed things up

It's horrible now. If your sp good that it was too easy before maybe you should be playing above all star difficulty. That's where it should be crazy hard

All star was fine last year and I was content with it. That's why I never posted. Now its not. Today is the first time ive ever posted and your going to hear about it. Because its horrible

Or is it just that some new people have finally gotten fed up enough that they have to voice the problems of the game and were tired of sitting quietly and waiting for changes that haven't happened? Hmmmm .... I wonder.

Before 1.4 I was 14-6 and after am 8-12. Half the losses were due to the window timing for fastballs. At least half my wins were games I just got lucky and ran into one thrown down the middle and won 1-0 or 2-1.

I dont expect to get to ws. I'm very happy to make championship. I think I did 4 times last year. But at least I was competitive and felt like I could halfway get the fastball and adjust to the breaking ball but now it's either sell out for the fastball or guess offspeed and have little to no chance. Yes theres a reason for that... it's because they changed the mechanics of the game. My skill is at least as good as last year but that reaction window should be on hall of fame not all star. All star is the 3rd of five tiers. Middle of the road. Average. So slightly above average players should be able to compete on that level. And that is not how it is right now.

In patch 1.4 they changed the timing window and it makes it wayyyyyy harder now. Thanks for letting your voice be heard!
