I completed all seven moments in the Oscar Charleston storyline but it didn't give me the card. Am I missing something? Do I need to do the entire storyline again?

As of today, I have opened 243 show packs in '22. So far, I have pulled zero diamond player cards. The only "diamonds" I have pulled are a bat, a uniform, and a ritual item. To be honest, I losing interest.
Is this a bug?
I think Pack Odds are a lie and just for show!
