Only the base coaches attributes affect the players. It’s been that way for 3 years now. Manager, hitting, pitching, and farm director don’t do anything. And when you check the players in game, those stats are different too. It will never be right, nor will it ever be fixed. I’ve given bug reports in the past and those were never touched. Besides revamping the draft, franchise is a copy/paste year after year.
