How do you get the 10 free days of play packs on PS?

I am an admitted noob as I began playing last year for the first time in 20 years and try to figure stuff out on the fly. I also suck at the game. I have lost stubs and progression on showdown and moments with these server issues but whatever...

Today however, I get an error logging in notification on computer when trying to look at Marketplace. Is this user error or something that I can fix? I'm logged in here it seems so that info hasn't changed.

Please help.

I have opened roughly 100 packs through whatever...pulled 3 diamonds. Hader, Chapman, and Hendriks. My LS pen is stacked. lol.

Anyone use Santiago? I have used him in a couple games and in some of the Extreme stuff and am really liking him.
