I submitted 2 tickets also, completed Affinity and still no Fletcher on of my players went missing. Cannot get Jackie Robinson

So I have a PS5 at home and a PS4 at the camp I stay at for work. I downloaded the game on the PS4 last night and now I am getting XP. I am wondering if I accidentally changed a slider without knowing. The reason I am curious about this, was I almost changed a slider yesterday by accident as it is right below the gameplay options. I am happy to be getting XP now, if I cannot get at home I am going to delete the game at home along with any saved content and download again. As I said something changed as I was getting XP then it suddenly stopped. Let me know if you try this so I know if it will help or not.

I have also tried contacting them, when I get an answer or figure it out will post.

Having the same issue, I have 45k the first couple days and have not made any over the last day and a half. Not sure what is going on. Frustrating as I had time to grind the last three days and now I cant play for a couple days. Should not be capped as I see some people have 170K

The first three days I have played almost exclusively showdown to try and grind out some 42's. Unfortunately my XP has stopped adding up, I have 45K and it will not go up past that. Also is anyone receiving cards or rewards after conquest games, I am not.

I seem to be capped out at 45K points, playing the past two days I have played nothing but Showdown to get the Affinity vouchers to grind out 42's but not getting any xp at all.
