SDS has consistently done server maintenance over the last few years at 3 a.m. Pacific time. Pacific time not specific time. During the year usually happens once or twice a week and only lasts 20 to 30 minutes usually. This isn't anything new. I check the website every day to make sure I don't get caught during a server maintenance. Takes 10 seconds... but I look at it like at least they're consistently updating and working on the game. I suggest to use that down time to grab a snack or take a [censored]. Anyway those who are new to the game just be aware oh, check the website regularly and you won't have any problems

I totally get it dood. I had some good ones like that this year too. Makes things interesting... I'm also an offline elite so I understand how it must feel to be that awesome.

My day has been a run down. #1 to start. Then #4 after a couple hours . Then for a short time #3. Now back to #4.

I guess that's scored 1-4-3-4.

I'm 42 and I started on this game a couple years ago. In fact like you it was this game that made me buy a PS4. It took me a whole calendar year to really understand how to manage and maneuver through DD. I have disabled children so I cannot play online as I never know when I will be called away from a game. So to be fair to myself and other players, I play all the offline mode for my own challenge and entertainment. The community market is also a fun mode to play LOL. Buying and selling everything from players to equipment can be exciting and challenging. I was able to consistently make enough profit last year to consistently buy packs in order to continue flipping players in order to get all the players I wanted for my team. Last year I bought 10 pack bundles as much as possible and on average pulled 5 diamonds per every ten 10 pack bundles I would get. Unfortunately the market is not set up to be as user-friendly this year. But I am still finding ways to increase my stub totals in order to get the Players I Want. The bottom line is everybody will have an opinion on what modes to play and how to go about improving your team and the best ways to work the Community Market. My advice is to just play the game the way you feel is the most fun. Seems like there are a lot of guys like us out there finding a way to have a great time playing a baseball video game. Finally everybody knows that the game is not perfect but I still see thousands of people playing this game all kinds of different ways. That must mean within the structure of the game there is still a lot of fun to be had. Best of luck my dude.

Yikes, I just started the Mariners because I want to get White to fill my 1B spot.
I got the Pirates to the World Series (and am parking it there until TA stage 3) and that was a struggle... mostly because of time. I reckon 80% of my games went deep into extra innings.

I had a lot of fun with the Nats.

Ill try the Nats next. I did everything i could with the Mariners but it seemed like every game I would lose because of their disaster of a bullpen. I finished the season just to get whatever affinity point I could. I run through each team on all star 2 try and keep everything consistent. I even got Yelich and Story via trades and it didn't help LOL. I do recommend using the Jays though because their young hitters will keep you in every game. I finished with 114 wins and am now starting the ALDS. I forgot that the Reds were also fun, even though I lost with them in the nlds.
I won the World Series with the Mets and gained the most affinity points... as well as had a lot of fun because a lot of those games were close finishes which made it really exciting.

I just played my first full season with the Cards on Legend and won the World Series against Cleveland. It took a long time, but it was fun. I came close to getting knocked out multiple times which I guess the challenge is what made it fun.

The Cards lineup Might be one of the worst on here. So, here’s the trades I made in order.

1. RF: Franmil Ramirez
2. CF: Ketel Marte
3. 3rd: Eduardo Escobar

The Cards are my home team so playing with them was an easy choice.

I agree with your frustration. But the challenge is awesome.

Yeah I'm an offline player... But same problem here too. Been testing all hitting types and zone seems to work best but not making consistent solid contact like in previous weeks... Something seems different in last day or 2. Im not a tech guy so i dont know what tweaks are made behind the scenes or when they are made. I get stuck in the internal conflict of user error vs. Technology error...

He has decent control. I K'd 8 batters in 4.2 IP. Then he gave up a homer on an 0-2 slider low and away to S. Marte. Overall I think he's worth it...

Thanks. On the bright side I pulled five Diamond players out of 80 packs, including Bagwell and Bellinger. Also a diamond bat. I also pulled 12 gold players which included Hendricks, Kluber and Gallo. Nice to see the odds in our favor to start out.

Yes. And I keep forgetting... so in between games I keep making tweaks to the uniforms and team info and then have to spend 15 minutes making it right again.
