Tried this did not work either

For over a week I’ve been trying to play ranked and BR but whenever I try to get into a game it says “challenge failed”. I’ve restarted my Xbox, the game, my router, called Xbox support, and tried sending an error report to Sandiego studios. No response to the situation all I want to do is play I need help

For over a week now I’ve been trying to play MLB the shows ranked and BR every time I try to get into a game it say “Challenge Failed” does anyone have suggestions
