So now I have email confirmation that I was never banned. What the hell?
PS: Game still doesn't work.

Oh, ho ho, a few times so far, actually.
Now I'm being told by a different support agent that my account is NOT banned. I'm really confused now.
@my-name-jeffrez_xbl said in How to get unbanned:
...banned me for 2 years...
No one can tell me where to find details on my ban. I got no messaging, no reason, and no mention of how long it is. Did they email you or something?
This in unreal! 2 YEARS and they can't even tell me what I did wrong? or how to prevent it in the future, or how long it actually is?
Man, I'm disappointed. I certainly didn't do anything against the rules (as far as I know...)
Contacting support about this: They told me I'm banned for stub manipulation. (I didn't do anything wrong, for whatever that's worth). When I asked for details (reason, suspension length, how I can prevent it in the future) and have been told "Bans are final: Goodbye".
Can anyone tell me how to tell how long I'm banned? Support won't tell me anything.
I'm beyond the point of being upset about being banned (I still don't think I did anything wrong). Support won't talk to me anymore. I just want to know how long my ban is. I have been told nothing.
I really just want to play RTTS and be able to buy an item from time-to-time
I have only been playing since the beginning of June. I've done one online Homerun Derby, and have not played online at all, just RTTS. Looking back at my orders in-game, the only purchases I've made were a Speed III (Diamond) for ~2k stubs, that I immediately used in my RTTS series, and Well-Kept-Secret for 8k, just because I got a bunch of stubs for buying the PS5 version of the game.
After around 10 days of not being able to access the servers (I just assumed it was typical server failures that are commonplace in games these days), I contacted "support" and I'm told that I was "Banned for stub transferring", that "Bans are final", and "goodbye".
I understand that lots of people that say they were wrongly banned are lying, and that I've got no way to prove to you that I wasn't intentionally breaking the rules, but now banned. They won't tell me how long my ban is, I got no email or messaging around it, and I don't know how to prevent it from happening again.
I'd appreciate any advice from anyone with insight on the topic.
