I understand the server issues that's causing problems from doing next/old gen plus the millions that got added just from gamepass!!
But these canned responses is what has people pissed off, myself included!! I know from a business standpoint they can't tell us everything, but a little more communication would go a long way in alot people minds!! Just my 2 cents!!

Make bunting like hitting!! You have to move the PCI to get a good bunt down.

From what SDS said in one of there streams pitchers with a dominant pitch will have a quirk. I think its called outliner
Makes fastball faster, cutters cut more etc. So I think he'll be fine.

It's amazing how people's first response is it was the least played mode!! Of course it was when none of it worked properly. If DD played as bad as OF then it would be played less to!!
OF was never updated, multiple seasons wasn't right (played the exact schedule every season), gms would always go to que and sometimes not count, Playoffs wouldn't start sometimes, took forever to start a lg sometimes a day to multiple hours etc. I could go on!!
With all that being said me and a couple of my friends ran a lg of 24 dedicated user's for 5 yrs. We worked around all the problems the gm had cause we wanted to play OF.
So before everyone bashes OF know the circumstances of why it was the least played. I do like DD but at the end of the day I'd like a realistic team to play with friends and not have to deal with the bunt dancing, holding R2, etc of DD!! IJS

Blame it on the guys that were using only a 3 man rotation and always bringing starters in for relief!! Did they come up with the best solution, maybe not. But I'll rather have this then what we had before. IMO

It's going to get to a point where people are going to back out of a gm cause they are not the home team!!

If life happens and I'm losing I'll just quit unless I'm up then I'll ask for a fq. My daughters, woman, etc is more important then the video gm I'm playing.
It shouldn't give you more time every half inning. 2 minutes should be the max IMO. I take care of all unforeseen business before I search for a gm, I hate sitting there staring at the pause timer.
I know if I want to pinch hit, change pitchers etc before the start of an inning and what hitter/pitcher I'm going to. It's not rocket science.

Pitching has been one of the biggest problems with this gm since day one!! Hopefully we get at least one more patch dedicated to pitching.
I think that would help balance the gm out. IMO

Can't believe how hard people defend bunting in this game!! I've lost on a suicide squeeze before and I went to bunt defense and he bunted directly to my 3rd baseman who did this awful animation and the winning run scored. So what did I do wrong? Game gave him win.
Example #2 guy suicides early in gm ok no prob caught me off guard. I'm up 1 run in the middle innings guy on 3rd 1 out go to bunt defense bunts it and my 3rd baseman does that bs where they whiff on a slow grounder guy ties gm up. Again gm animations bails him out.
Bunting is NO SKILL REQUIRED!! IJS

Me and a couple buddies ran successful lgs for 6 yrs... We started at I think 12 and finished up at 24 teams!!
We found people by getting on the headset and actually talking to prospective players and was able to weed out people.
To run a successful lg you and the people you appoint have to be invested in running said lg. I can post more but it'll be even longer.
We had to do work arounds every yr for online franchise, it has never gotten SDS full attention. Maybe just maybe that's why it wasn't played more.
My point is if SDS actually put a real effort into lgs there are alot of people that would play them.

Some people will never understand!!

I feel you on this. I'm getting better at it but with it basically being 100% in the spot you aim at I really don't mind it being hard to master. Just my opinion

I'm impartial to moments!! Basically because they screwed you alot!! By that I mean, the CPU whole team became gold glove players if you needed hits. If pitching stats were needed they would foul off 8-10 pitches.
If moments return I'm fine with it but I'd also like some stat based missions (nothing like 18 though). Maybe like the first tier player's you had to accumulate to get in 18!!

Cause like most of us don't want to play in a bs stadium!! Everyone knows that frames drop and lag happens at MLB stadiums. MLB stadiums range from bad to very horrible.
It's like people would rather play a laggy gm then play somewhere that plays smooth. IMO

Not many liked the grind of 18, myself included. But I do think a form of stat grinding will be gd. Accumulating stats online, thru conquest and some offline stuff for those that like offline.
Moments are boring and in my case if I didn't finish it in whatever amount of time it became increasingly frustrating!!
And one more thing make conquest different tiers. Make rewards or the amount ofstubs more. Like different tiers: play rookie this amount, vet a little more, All star more etc. That way it's more of a challenge and better rewards to push people to their limit. IMO

I think you will be able to have them CPU controlled or not it will be your choice. Not 100% but that makes the most sense!! Lol

Well I gave up a very early/rolled over homerun, about a week ago. I just turned game off after that. Lol

When people are bringing in 3 starters in RS is totally unrealistic!! Yes a few teams use a opener but unless a starter is injured or getting totally hit around teams don't bring in another starter in the 7th or whenever. People saying this is a how Baseball is now are delusional!! IJS.
Also to the OP that's exactly how I feel. Can't use a starter till your bullpen is depleted and severe energy loss.

CPU pounds lower part of zone whenever you got a man on first. I sit low and try to get under ball to stay out of double plays.

I really wanted to post what's on my mind reading some of this ,but I won't. I'll just say this and be done with it.
As a black man we want to escape alot of things but we can't. If any of the stuff SDS or any company is doing as far as BLM is concerned, bothers anybody then you're part of the problem, not the solution!! IJS
