IMO it does not seem to affect them if you leave them warming up for a long time. Has been like this for years.

Trying to download latest Ridin roster and it sits and says downloading for a few minutes then says file not available. Is this a sign of the servers down or a roster bug?

Have been able to DL rosters before.
