All I want is for a dev to help me get my player back please

So i’m probably one of the many players with the rtts progression problem and I want to try and fix it in dd by subbing my rtts guy in for my diamond att chapman and then I play a game then I go back to sub him out and put matt chapmen back and he’s nowhere to be found and shows I don’t even own him anymore at all
