Yes. I had a ton of issues with missing cards a couple of years ago. Took a couple of weeks but they fixed it.
They responded to one of my tickets admits which card I was looking for and I responded back with the card I wanted and I haven’t gotten a response and it’s been 2 weeks. Since then I’ve submitted around 5 tickets with no success. I’m pretty frustrated right now
Has anyone had success for submitting tickets to SDS? I’ve sent over 4 tickets requesting a 42 series Mike Yastrzemski card as I had a connection issue as I opened that NL West team affinity choice pack and didn’t receive the card.

Yeah the game has lost its luster. Online play is a ppp and contact swings circle [censored]. Theres no fun in playing a 1-0 game where you cant see fastballs and the game is decided on a bullshiit bunt or a contact swing HR where the ball isn't even in the pci.
Then there's offline, where there is zero content currently after you complete the 4th of July map, and when they do release something it's just a bunch of conquests Sims or bs moments. Both are just a chore. and for what? the rewards are usually handful of silvers.
Events and br are complete rng and it's way to easy for people to sit there and foul pitches off that are bouncing to the plate.
The market has shitt the bed.
And now they made it to where people who don't cheat with xp glitches have to play twice as many hours to get to the bosses that the cheaters already reached. I know people are excited about the new inning but I think it's trash. There's like a 150k window where you are only earning 4th of July gear that you will never use.
I just feel like at every corner there is something new in the way of making the game enjoyable. Rant over .
I feel you bro, I’ve made WS and completed the BR program and gotten 40 wins in the event and it seems like MLB the show is the enjoyable game on the market right now but the content gets very dry quickly. I play the game quite a bit when I don’t have my own baseball games or hanging out with a friend. I’m also pretty pissed off as I had a glitch with my team affinity stage 1 pack where I couldn’t get Mike Yastrzemski so it’s basically impossible for me to get 42 series Jackie and I’ve submitted 4 tickets with no luck.
The same thing happened to me bro, it’s so frustrating. My team affinity NL West pack vanished after a unhandled server exception so I couldn’t get Mike Yastrzemski. Submitted a ticket a month ago and nothing.

Exact same thing happened to me and they gave me to Max Muncy and another time I got to Anthony Santander. I put in a ticket May 8th and they finally responded about four or five days ago so put in your ticket and weight. It sucks but there is no way to unlock Jackie without all those other cards

It just sucks because I could have had Jackie a month ago at least the market cards are cheaper now. I just hope by the time you unlock him he isn't the second or third best second baseman because right now he is the best

I recently completed stage 1 team affinity and in the NL West collection pack, I went to select 42 series Mike Yastrzemski but I got an unhandled server exception and when I logged back in, I had two Max Muncy’s and now I can’t possibly finish the 42 series collection for Jackie.

Same thing was happening to me but I recently stopped receiving xp at all so I had to uninstall and reinstall the game to fix that problem but I don’t think there’s a way to fix the double xp, hopefully next time they do it, they’re more ready to deal with these types of things

I got the same response from Miquel and no it doesnt work. Im not getting ANY XP now.
I swear, Miquel and Chuck are the only 2 people answering tickets.
I got the same response from Miguel. Problem is, the fix they have a for those not getting any XP at all, not those of us who aren’t getting the double XP.
Not sure if he misunderstood my question, but it’s not the right fix.He asked if I changed sliders or played Home Run Derby (I haven’t) and to uninstall and reinstall. That can fix if you’re having an issue not getting any XP. It does not fix the double XP problem.
I haven’t been getting any xp at all today, is it worth uninstalling and reinstalling the app? Or should I hold off because yesterday I was getting so but it wasn’t double

I haven’t gotten xp at all today yet yesterday it was working.
I’ve been having the same thing. I’ll be playing road to the show as an easy way to get xp and it says I get around 3800 xp for a 5 minute game but I either get no xp or half of it. The same thing happens to me when I’m playing showdown
