So I will be the first to admit my kid purchased stubs months ago from a third party site without my knowledge and was banned by SDS fro a year in the mass ban event at the start of this MLB 22 season.
When I reached out to SDS they replied and explained, I apologized and explained the situation. A few days later the ban was lifted like it was for many players. I told my kid we buy stubs through SDS/playstation like we normally do and we do not use third party sites, and listed the reasons why. Kid agreed all good.
Here is my issue, a week ago we are again banned by SDS for stub transfering but this time for almost two years. When I reached out to SDS about the ban they have not replied. I know for a fact we did not purchase stubs off a third party site like the first time.
I want to know why I am banned again and how SDS can do this.
You can't ban someone, un-ban someone and then months down the road re-ban/punish them again for the first issue.
It is like hey you did your time, you are free to go but as soon as you leave jail they pick you back up and say "meh we changed our mind, you are going back to jail"
SDS are clearly making up their own rules with and feel no need to give a reason why. It is like some employee Mark is like, hey let's ban all those people again just cause.
I now this sounds silly but there are clearly a # of people who are affected by this ban for the same reason I am, what course of action do we have, any lawyers on here??? Hahahah
