@soonermagic78_XBL Agreed. I think being able to contribute the full team, or - as an intermediate solution - being able to pick the specific 84s you add (3 position players + bench bats) is a much needed change

I love that we have PXP this year in co-op. Fantastic add. Would prefer for PXP to be attainable regardless of whether you own the card (like BR!) but we still got a big add this year
However, what is super lame is that the parallel progress of a player card is restricted to the host of the game. If my buddy contributes parallel 5 Ted Simmons but I don't own the card, it is parallel 0 Ted Simmons coming up to bat all game
Can SDS please consider revising this to reference the parallel progress of the user who contributes the card?

It is possible. It is not ideal. The steps are:
- select Ohtani as a starting pitcher option in the pre-game co-op selection screen
- insert Ohtani in the game as a pitcher (if he was not selected as the starter)
- in the in-game substitution menu, while pitching, move your DH to another position (e.g., move your DH to 1B)
- the game will prompt you that doing so will forfeit the DH position and your pitcher will hit. Click "accept"
- now, your DH is in the field and maintains his spot in the batting order; however, your 1B is removed from the batting order and replaced by your current pitcher - Shohei Ohtani
These steps suck. This whole thing sucks. Last year we had to go through this to get Babe, the overall collection reward, to bat and this year we have to do it with Ohtani, the best player on the planet. It is lame
The "Ohtani Rule" literally exists now in MLB. We should get an option, after being told who our SP is, if we want the pitcher to begin the game as the DH and continue as the DH even after they are removed

They do not. So far, I believe all SDS has stated is that they intend to add rewards at some point, once the game mode is more on its feet. That being said, we haven't seen substantial improvement in the game mode through game updates since launch. Some days are okay for playing, some days are bad.
Further, you only get PXP boosts from the host. To explain what I am saying: If player 2 contributes a Mike Trout that is superfractored, but the host does not have Mike Trout, Mike Trout in Co-Op will not be superfractored. If, however, the host has Mike Trout and he is PXP level 3, Mike Trout in Co-Op will be PXP level 3. If that player 2 were the host instead of player 1, then Mike Trout would be superfractored, regardless of what player contributes him.
It is certainly funky right now

It's hit and miss. Last night was the first night ever where two friends and I were able to load into two games with no issues whatsoever. In game, there was still your typical lag spikes here and there, but that isn't to be unexpected.
A few nights ago, though, was the worst night all year - tried four a solid hour and had no luck. It was always one of a few things - one player didn't make it to the lineup screen, or everyone make it to the lineup screen and the host cannot move their cursor, or the opponent team quits out at some point in the process.
Great game mode, but needs some work on the matchmaking for sure.
Can you hit with Ohtani?

Can you hit with Ohtani?
Question for SDS on Co Op and Paralell XP
Has anyone played 9 innings of this mode before freezing?
