Mine doesn't even have the option to unlink and when I try to link it gives an error and I can't unlink from my The Show account. Go to your profile on the top left. At the top of the screen, you should be able to shuffle between My Ballplayer, My Profile, and My Collection. If you move over to My Profile, the bottom right should show an option to unlink account. I did this just now and everything worked for me. Good luck!
