I have never uploaded a single image bro what is with all these people assuming I'm in the wrong. SDS has proven they can't game. They have given me two different explanations for why I was banned, and give the same copy and pasted response to everyone. I follow the rules I have never uploaded anything on this game let alone something obscene. Paid money for a product and get treated like this.

atleast I would be getting someones attention. I will take the ban. It's ridiculous a paying customer can't get any support.

I was banned first for abusing the points system. When I reached out to SDS I got a reply that I uploaded an offensive image to the vault and my ban of 30 days was irreversible. I have never uploaded an image to the vault. After doing some research there are multiple posts of people getting banned for uploading images when they never have. Why are you banning paying customers for no reason. Or at least give some customer support. This is actually one of the worst run online games I have ever played and it's kind of inexcusable given the sales numbers.

@Collin_SDS_PSN please can I get a response as to why I was banned for uploading and offensive image. I'm sure if you can view my account history you will see I have never done this. please help I paid for this product and I can't use it or get into contact with anyone. I sent a ticket and get the same copy and pasted response that is just flat out lying. I have never uploaded any pictures In this game.

It looks like multiple people have had this problem on Reddit and on this forum. People are getting banned for uploading offensive imaged when they have never even uploaded an image? What is going on? This is my favorite game but it sucks when paying customers who follow the rules can't play because it's always online.

I finally got a reply from but the guy from SDS is saying that I uploaded an offensive image to the vault? I have never uploaded any images to the vault and I'm not even sure you can do that on PS4. Please help I don't understand what is going on.

@dap1234567890 I have never done any of these things. I play the game normally on PS4. I don't even know about any of that stuff.

I am trying to get a hold of someone from sony San Diego and I can't. I have been banned for 30 days for "abusing the points system". I don't know what this means or how I would do it. I play normally on PS4. I'm so sad because this is my favorite game and I am missing out on so much content. Does anyone have any idea how I can get help?
