Since no one in the community wanted to help a brotha out, I’ll help someone else out who might run into this issue… As it sits you can adjust the camera, but it’s different this year, you gotta got into custom practice mode under instant action moments and once in there you can make camera adjustments that will save even when you jump into franchise mode …. This is on the switch version, so not sure if it’s exactly the same on the console versions…

Playing the switch version, offline franchise mode, every year I always use custom camera and set the hitting view to a specific view I like, Retro with some adjustments… WHY is that option not working this year ? I pause the game while at bat, go to settings, gameplay, camera, hitting view custom 1, and I have no way to adjust anything, it won’t go to the screen where I see my batter and I make my camera adjustments… Is this a bug ? I hope so because how you view the game is a big deal for enjoyment ….

Agreed, switch version needs an update for sure, strobe lite glitch happening with catcher similar to last years version before they patched it, big time frame rate issues also …

Just wanted to say thanks for putting in the new pitcher zoom camera! I was having a tough time since I play on the switch lite seeing the strike zone in last years version, had no good option to see things better from that perspective, appreciate who ever decided on that ! Game on

Games playing pretty solid, few frame rate issues that I’m sure can get ironed out over time, but this visual glitch is pretty distracting… I’ve played several games so far and this one is consistent, just want the devs to see…

Just a bug I wanted to report on the switch version, been happening on occasion, wasn’t sure where to report bugs so just posting here, wanted you guys to be aware of it..

Switch still needs some updates for frame rate issues especially during cutscenes, it’s really bad at times, just needs some polishing! Home run replay after the inning ends gets hung up for 10-15 seconds sometimes before the replay is even shown, you just see the player sitting there looking like he’s at 5 frames per second… Also all celebrations, championship or dugout really drop to a crawl … It just needs some TLC… BUT my God you guys have done a fantastic job, and I mean that, the gameplay overall is effin fantastic !! Hitting, pitching, fielding all feel’s great, It’s a great accomplishment SDS, loving the game !

Perfect perfect is just timing, that doesn’t mean you make the perfect contact every-time, that would be arcady … In real baseball if you time it perfect that doesn't mean you contact the ball perfect …

First, WOW, definitely a great job porting this to the Switch for The Show on the Go ! Game definitely needs some patching though, lots of hang ups on replays and unstable frames at times, but overall definitely cool to have the Show on the go ! I still play the Vita versions and this is a GIANT step up, and I just wanted to give some props to you guys for getting this done ! Thanks!

I always use the pitcher view when pitching, I noticed in last years version you changed that camera view just a little bit for the pitcher setting view, made it further away.. It’s not an issue on a big screen TV, BUT I noticed when testing the switch version it’s really hard to see the strike zone zone when playing in hand held mode, be nice to have a little more of a zoom option… Just a request, looking forward to the new version!

Actually the season is long, extra inning games can go on for a looooooooooooong time, having that player out on second speeds that up, and it’s fair because both teams get a chance … I like the rule, MLB should keep it for the regular season…

I liked the rule, it was a good way to speed up regular season games in extra innings, created a level of drama… They weren’t gonna use it in the post season anyway, just regular season… MLB season is a long marathon, why have these long extra inning games that go on for 6 hours ? it’s fair, both teams get the opportunity …

I have noticed that the computer outfield never makes an error. That had me a bit puzzled as well. And I have had an issue with recently my infield is having trouble here and there making double plays. I’ll field the ball throw the ball to second and mt second baseman will just hold the ball then throw it to first after the runner is safe. Has anyone had this issue. Yes, sometimes they also throw it really slow to first, like a gentle lob so the runner easily makes it to first …

Is this playing online or is it freezing offline as well ?
