I just got hit with the conflict with ballplayer again and i figure a faster way of doing it.
Have you been saving any of your ballplayers progress?
If so just hit the x button on the road to the show tab in the main menu and select the load save file and load the last save file that you save for your ballplayer.

I had the same problem. You have to switch your pitcher out and put your 1 base man in his place and start a new season with your pitcher. The game for some reason made your pitcher a hitter. At least your not getting the archetypes glitch were every time you unlock a new archetypes your attributes reset to zero

I get the tutorials in all the modes every dam time I play one of them so dam frustrating.

So that would put the game as a whole 7/10. If you just base it off DD alone 4/10. Content was great, gameplay was terrible In DD. For me gameplay is king. Content is use to keep a player engaged in a game not to cover up the bad gameplay

I was playing a event game against a very toxic player today I was winning 2-0 and he was batting in the bottom of the 1st inning.
He was holding R2 down every pitch forever and bunts dancing. He foul off so many pitches just in the first inning Buehler energy was almost gone. I was due up in the top of the 2nd inning so I decided to start warming up my bullpen before he is up again. I went to the bullpen menu when I was at bat in the 2nd inning to select what pitcher I wanted to warm up and the pitcher card art and it's attributes got stuck on my screen then in the background the other player name came up and I can hear the game was going on still. I couldn't do anything because the card art was frozen on my screen still I can hear the umpire call strikes . Then it said I forfeit the game. So I don't know if it is a bug or it was him.

I can deal with the gameplay problems because I have been dealing with it for years and at least SDS can fixs them at some point. What I can't deal with is the hell ya toxic players. I played a toxic player the other night and the game took a little over a hour to finish. He did everything in the play book you can think of just to get me to quit so he can win and I won that game by the way.

Had a Degrom versus Degrom the other day...won it 1-0. Opponent pitched him nine and I had him at 105 with an out in the ninth when a chopper came back at him and hit him in the face...screen popped up and made me replace him. First time I have had to make a change due to injury...so the only way I have found to get him out of the game is try and hit something back up the middle and hope for the best.

I just played a game against Degrom and he threw 145 pitches. How is that even possible???

I agree with you about the timing window being all jack up. The game is so dam inconsistent not just game to game but to inning to inning too.

The only thing that I use R2 for is to check the pitcher stamina and confidence. I only use R2 once or twice a game.
