I have had some that completed prior to today's new update...

@sbchamps17_NSW well then that should be end inning without allowing a run or a hit not 1 or fewer baserunners, when that hit resulted in the only baserunner I had allowed. But thanks for the reply

I got a Challenge Failure by allowing a hit (base runner) it was only a single with 2 outs, struck out the next batter and got no credit due to it had already failed, however the challenge says "End inning without allowing a Run or 1 or fewer baserunners" so not sure why this is failing but it happened twice in the same game.
