SDS either get with it and get back to what made you great or do not and see the line of players walking away and unlikely to return. Look at movie IP's - let's start and end with Star Wars -- they ticked off there fan base so much that Mando and G is BOMBING at the box office cause no one cares anymore. Your not at that point but your close cause gaming I think degrades faster then a movie IP so it took Disney 10 years to KILL the Star Wars brand. You keep this up and you will do the same to THE SHOW in another 2 to 3 years.

I do not like that this was exploited BUT how was it even in the game you should blame SDS and it's real bad programming and this exploit NEVER should have been in the game if they knew what they were doing. This whole year the game has had so many issues OUTSIDE of just playing baseball it's not even funny.

The top 50 to 100 exploiters should get there account not banned but WIPED to day 1 like it was on opening night sans the packs from pre-order. If they want to re-grind then cool but if they just leave then good too.

I am sure this was a band aid fix and that Mini seasons will be back to normal by end of week BUT it does suck they mess over those who did not use the exploit. I have not even done the WBC MS in over a month maybe close to 2 now.

Coming to the defense of greed -- gratz

You put a mobile app game out when this version is a buggy mess -- Gratz on becoming 2K and EA you finally graduated to the Big time of being greedy. However I will allow greed in that garbage if this game can go from being a farm the players sim and Menu of disaster sim to being a great game again.

I saw a shelfy tiktok clip of looking at the shop in that version and OMG I thought this version was greedy that is in a league all to itself in that dept. You all remember that Carlos Beltran we got from playing last years version -- 20 bucks to get it in that mobile game -- ROFL

Now before the fanboys want to say well they will give it to us next weekend that is all well and good but it would make sense to also do it this weekend too.

I am not even going to totally go off cause you fools at SDS are not even worth it anymore. The SDS of old would have done this but now we get the greedy SDS who only care about the fans when they can milk us for our money for the game and the stubs that get bought to keep up with the many many different card series that you drop every other week.

I am just done -- I will play out the rest of the year and then forget this game series next year and I am dead serious life is too short to waste my money and time on a company that just does not give 2 beeps about the fans anymore.

If I were to grade this program / content I would give it -- C +

I am being generous too cause the screens were slow to respond and froze once for me. Also would have been nice to get some XP too plus the card like 2500 xp but I have a serious question for SDS.

DO YOU TEST THIS GARBAGE ?? this games menus are garbage and you had us spend 90 bucks to test your game that your SLOW as BEEP to fix.

RNG is always going to be RNG and this argument on packs will always be around until this game is gone.

My luck has been pretty good two semi high pulls ( Marte and Skubal ) and a few low one's and that is fine with me.

I like switch hitters but I like speed with a dose of power mixed in but I am curious on the stats of the card cannot wait to see them.

yeah Marte the only flaw with him his is speed -- if his base speed was around 60 he would almost be a perfect card. I mean Witt can have 2nd base for some content etc but in the end until we get closer to 99's Marte has a strangle hold on 2nd base for those lucky to have his LS card.

I am not upset -- Witt cards are nice and a free one that you have to earn but sometimes the thinking when to release a player ( position ) is kind of weird but whatever not a big thing really.

Like I mentioned in a previous post this seems out of place in it's placement ( release ) like they want to help the players struggling on XP path and/or other things ( bugs etc ) .

If I am right I really hope on the stream tomorrow they lay out some changes going forward like maybe every other weekend double XP ( or Double XP on the last week ) , increase of XP rewards by a certain % but they need to do something to win / keep players cause a big rift is growing and that is not a good thing at all.

yeah I just updated the game and saw Witt as the cover athlete --- I am not complaining if we get a 90 ish version of Witt and some XP for some of the players struggling to finish before tomorrow.

Griffey is my guess -- might be a way to smooth things over with the players cause this seems like an odd program or at least placement for one. Releasing it one day before inning 3 program so I also think this will have a decent amount of XP tied to it my guess 20 to 25k

I got a pack but the screen was weird -- rewards did not show to the sides and the gems were not colored at all. I did not even know what I got until I went into my packs ( 5 cards from new series -- Cityscape etc )

This game is buggy as all out and I can accept a little rough around the edges but come on SDS you can do better

Last year we could earn the packs in the lightning program path and we could earn them through OFFLINE play and this year it's through online play in the event. This is not about the cards at all it's the fact it also gave us a way to earn stubs too by selling those rewards IF we did not need them so they also took away a stub making method too.

I am not playing victim -- I am pointing out the change from last year to this year and how it's not right considering how they market the game to online and offline users. Like I said the message does not match the actions of the company -- period.

How do you not get this -- I do get your point sure maybe it's NOT hard but why push us ( offline players ) into this when in the past they have not done this and kind of said they would not do this. Do you see my point or are you so blind to defend SDS that you have to say I am playing the victim card that I am NOT playing.

I think he is mocking me cause I have a valid point that there is not a good comeback for but whatever I am not sure why I even care anymore. It's like talking to a brick wall I know some agree with me but prolly do not want to get mocked too. Coming to this forum and going after SDS is like going into a Star wars convention or something like that and saying it sucks or something. It's just a waste of time and I am prolly done cause the headache and such is not worth it anymore.
