I’d say just keep flipping and saving until sds drops a program worth something so you can get all the inning bosses or some oher headliner or prospect that really peaks your interest. If nothing out at the moment gets you excited then no reason to blow your stubs away.
That’s basically what I’ve been doing. Just wondering if there are any other collections worth completing at this time.

Doesn’t really matter IMO. Volume is the key. Find something that consistently moves fast.
I’ve been flipping constantly since release and finally got Mantle with no money spent. What should I spend my stubs on now? Not really interested in packs. I’ve pulled just 1 diamond this year from all the packs I’ve received.
Are the free agents necessary for this collection to get MICKEY Mantle?
Is there a reason to grind these rather than repeating conquest for 10 packs?

Hitting was too easy before. It‘s more balanced now. Hate to be THAT guy, but perhaps y’all need to learn to hit better. SDS made the change because batting averages across the board were too high. Y’all just happen to not be as good of hitters as the average player apparently.
There’s plenty of truth to that, but it’s going to drive away the casual player. It’s not fun to repeatedly pay and fail showdowns. It shouldn’t be easy, but it shouldn’t be impossible for the average player either. Rookie should be easy. HOF should be hard.
I’m just here to sign the petition. Change it back!
The last patch ruined hitting. This game isn’t fun anymore.

The hitting was literally perfect pre patch, no idea why they adjusted that instead of pitch location and pci size. Now it’s a dice roll on how you’re gonna hit a ball. Only issue pre patch was throwing meter and pitch location, but they added so many more things to the point where the game is unplayable now, it was SOOOO fun pre patch. I’m glad Sony Partners and others like Your Friend Kyle are calling for the change to be made to revert hitting and fix pitching
I totally agree with this. Hitting was great. Now it’s awful. Why fix something that isn’t broken?
The difficulty seemed perfect during the prerelease. All of a sudden rookie is hard. WTF is the point of having difficulty levels if you’re gonna make rookie this hard. I’m not a great player but I’ve been playing this game for a long time and never struggled on rookie. This isn’t fun.
I never got one.
This sucks!
“Day 1” and this game is unplayable. Cool.
