finally got it working this morning.

and still broken, and little communication other than they know and are fixing it.....11 days and still no gameplay.

I got past where it was crashing before. Now it goes into a complete a moment and will not let me because I have an invalid roster, and I get Diamond Dynasty coming soon. Is this the fix? This is ridiculous. 10 days owning the game and still cannot play it.

@Jamo13 I have the cartridge, but also downloaded to move up to the higher level game

It would be nice to play the game over the long weekend....but that is looking less and less likely

I tried this morning, no luck. I have the cartridge and bought the extra to get to the big version on the Switch.

Hopefully the server maintenance they announced the Switch issues, there is always hope.

Actually @814mafia I tried that this morning, and it will not let you into the app with the packs unless you finish the first tutorial, and as it crashes when you get there that is not possible...

another day, and no updates...no gameplay...no fun playing baseball....can't open my packs....and no acknowledgement, it is getting beyond frustrating.

Another day passes and nothing. It is the weekend, when I have time to play the game, and yet taken away from me. No one posts an update, no idea where things are at. They have my money and I have nothing....

It sure would be nice that the game I bought on Tuesday I could play this weekend. But with no updates, no comments on the Switch Crashing I guess I will not. You keep marketing new content, but some of your customers can't even look at current content.

An update on the Switch issues with a little bit of information other than we are working on it would be nice.

Had hoped to wake up and the elves had fixed the Switch crash, but alas not fixed, not updated, no communication. Something other than working on it from 5 days ago would be nice...

How can I rate something that I have been unable to play. The Crashes are marvelous though.

I am beginning to wonder if I will get to play this game that i spend a lot of money on before the 2024 World Series is completed. No updates, no information, no nothing. Not a good way to have positive customer service.

I reported a bug yesterday on it.

Does anyone from San Diego Studios actually read this? If there is please respond with something to acknowledge you know this is an issue.Bought the game yesterday, have yet to play anything, go into Diamond Dynasty, try to do the first challenge that is mandatory. I do not know what it is because it crashes every time.

Extremely frustrating.....what is working if anything for other Switch users.
