They overlooked throwing FBs in the dirt. Next to impossible even with settings on easiest and best controlled/consistent.

Searched and did not see a topic for this. How does one have walk up music only? I do not want to hear music through the entire game. I don't even have commentators on. This seems like it should be simple, but clearly it's not.

@sleever44_PSN We never got off the ground since The Show was no longer available through Game Pass ... sorry.

Anyone else finding this? CPU pitchers seem to always pitch a strike on the first pitch, then a huge majority of the time on the second pitch, even if those relative sliders are minimized (strike %, control, etc.).

I even zero'd out control for all pitches for a given pitcher in a test roster and nothing changed.

Which also means a bunch of kids pitching 1.5 secs. between pitches as if you're playing Sonic The Hedgehog. Build in true "balks" and all that [censored] stops.

SDS can suck it ... so done with them .... not continuing on the Xbox app with GPU is just plain idiotic as well.

Is this co-op to play together vs. the PC or vs. 2 other players random online?

I got friends trying to join a league saying they're blocked from joining, when I'm not blocking them. The only thing that's a constant is when the 2nd Xbox friend tries to join ...so this has happened to 2 separate Xbox friends.

Just ran into a very weird glitch. In trying to get a small league together (of mixed platforms; I'm on an Xbox). Only 5-6 of us to start. In the first attempt, 2 of the players (1 Xbox, 1 PSN) joined without a problem, but a 3rd (Xbox friend) stating he was blocked from joining the league. No worries and set up a second league. The guy who was blocked, joined in first just fine. A 2nd Xbox friend, who joined without a problem in the 1st attempt is now blocked. So, it's not console driven and it's not number of players in the league driven. I have no one blocked otherwise.

@Tikire_PSN Just got an "S" and it's fine. Not sure why all the boo-jee comments about top of the line stuff. This is how computer geeks talk as well.

@Jacky-Chan1_XBL I misread what you wrote. I'm actually largely in agreement with you.

Wondering if any of the "seasoned citizens" in here (like around 50 or over) would be interested in a sim-style league with the authentic teams, soon after The Show 25 drops. Would be looking to do classic pitching, timing hitting, similar cameras (other terms to be discussed). Not looking for a lot of guys, even 4-6 would work.

Also, not looking to kill your schedule during the week. Maybe no more than 2 games as we are also looking to play at a realistic pace; i.e., taking a bit more time between pitches .... a bit more of an authentic baseball atmosphere.

DM me if interested. If we can get something going, we'd probably get a Discord together.

Or you can pretend it's the 70s and not get so bunched up about a word sitting on a screen put there by people with fake names that really can't hurt anyone.

I'd love to get a league of older guys, 40 and up to play some real simulation baseball. This nonsense of all of the on screen aids and speed pitching (2-3 seconds in between pitches) takes away from the game. Every league does it. EVERY league. People just don't have patience any longer and enjoy the beauty of the game. Everyone's in a hurry and can't enjoy the experience. Sad, really, with generally such a good looking game.

But if anyone is a true simulation player, let me know. Classic pitching, no onscreen batting aids. As pure as it can be done.

It's awful. The lag is terrible.
