————I did inform them it is not my internet provider because they informed me nothing is being blocked. I’ll keep you guys updated if I get any progress.
I was able to connect using my phones WiFi to prove that it can work.
I got a similar email from SDS support and have also been able to use my phones hot spot to connect. I also checked with my ISP and nothing changed on their end. I have done all the port opening/forwarding they have asked me to do. It is obviously something they changed on their end.
I am not sure what happened because The Show 19 and every other online game I play is still working. I had the same issue with the beta and it caused me to cancel my preorder. Luckily I won a give away for a code cause I can't believe they didn't fix this issue.
