I created two new custom leagues if anyone would like to join! The names of both are “Anyone Join.” One is a 40 man roster league and the other is a 90 overall league. My psn is b_miles11 if you’d like to add me.

Any advice on who to take at Silver 40? I took Kluber at Bronze 80 and feel like Newhouser is a good choice because of the pitch speed variation and the 124 stamina plus to combat all the great left handed power hitters, but I don’t really have that GUY to come in and slam the door like Fingers would give me.

So I’m at Bronze level 90, been watching tons of videos about the Silver Level 1 pick but just CAN’T decide if I want Ryne Sandberg or Reggie Jackson. They both look insane, but I feel like Reggie would smash anyone throwing but scared of the 80 vision. I believe the fielding is fine with the 71 speed and 80 arm strength. The Ryne Sandberg is by far the best second baseman in the game and has decent enough power to hit HR’s too. Any advice from people that have used them?

My current team is:

C- 89 CAP
1st- 91 Helton
2nd- Platoon 86 FOTF Moncada and 88 FOTF Albies
3rd- FOTF Correa
SS- 91 Rollins
CF- Acuña
RF- Judge
LF- 86 Mantle

It’s absolutely ridiculous. I just don’t understand how they manage to mess the game up every single year so early in the cycle. This game i had 16 of my 27 outs be atleast 95 mph and i bet you 6-8 of the ones that weren’t just didn’t give me any exit velo. It makes the game hard to play and it’s sad.

This game is absolutely horrid right now. This might as well be a mix between MLB 18 and MLB 19 put into one. All I do is line out or good bad exit velocities on good input, yet my opponent consistently hits homeruns on Late, Okay. The game was almost perfect in the first week that it was out, but they won’t change it back. The only thing that needed to be changed was pitching control needed a buff.

Anyone else having these problems?

Btw, I won the game that I posted this after so I’m not being whiny.

Guess it depends on if you want +10 more contact or +10 more power tbh

Think the contact might be better in the long run, but probably going to have to go balanced because I don’t have the stubs for all diamond equipment yet.

What's the difference in SPD between contact/balance... might be determining factor for me.

The better decision seems to be contact if you have all diamond equipment, but who knows when I’ll get around to actually getting that. Anybody had success with the contact build or is balanced the way to go?
