I opened them up the day before the update and pulled Vlad Jr. In one pack. Then Royce Lewis and Josh Hader who I didn't quicksell since I've just been hoarding cards to do exchanges for the next TA since I've been playing less recently.
And of course they dropped back down to gold, probably should've waited another day to open the packs lol

I got LS Judge from the vault pack, not sure if I wanna QS for the 10k or throw into the TA exchange to save some time. The guaranteed headliner packs I got 2 of the 91-92s that i already had. And all the choice packs I got base rounds.
Ater the shark map i only added 1 new card to my collection

I finished live series yesterday as well. I wasn't to focused on completing the live series this year because I'm not to interested in the reward cards. Going in to yesterday I pretty much just needed Ohtani, Trout, Cole and Betts to finish and with the flash sale I figured why not.
Would've been nice if the only notification I have turned on for the app, actually would've notified me about the flash sales.

The forum is dead because the people who would actually post about actually playing the game, all get drowned out by all the posts of the whining and bitching.
Why would the people who are actually seeking advice about the game continue to post here when their posts get no responses and then they go and look at the posts complaining that have 100 replies.

38k. I'm an idiot and didn't realize I never got the steal a base in ranked egg to finish that program, so I didn't get all the head start rewards. Then didn't have much time to play at all over the weekend.
Is this when I'm supposed to start crying that the game doesn't give enough XP?
It's an expensive card because it's rare to pull....

What I mean by true power creep meaning that at this point in the game cycle the highest cards would be 92-95 the Id agree with you. We’d still be able to use LS cards etc etc
When this was the old way of doing things people would be crying that the 92 of their favorite player that they got now wouldn't be "useable" in a month when 94 started dropping.
And I don't think there are many people around that were still using the boss they got out of a 1st inning program by the time the 6th inning program dropped.
The way seasons works now is pretty much the same way people would play the game before. Get a card, use it for a month or 2 and then it becomes collection filler when higher rated cards start dropping.
Did you create a season 2 lineup? For anyone who didn't, go to where you create your roster and click on the icon on the top of the screen and then click generate best S2 lineup and go from there.
If you didn't do that the game will still register your lineup as a season 1 lineup, which isn't allowed in ranked.
I enjoy these card collecting video game modes. But man, these modes and the battle pass style games have really screwed up people's mentalities when it comes to video games. The only incentive to playing a video game should be to escape life for a bit and have a little fun.

If you collect a card as a part of any collection, live series, season collections, etc. Its yours forever. You can't sell on the market or quicksilver after that.
@VioletNine9 you could throw 100% of your pitches out of the zone if someone is going to keep swinging at them. MLB pitchers throw pitches in the strike zone because most hitters will stop swinging if every pitch is out of the zone.
Unless you're Javier Baez and you'll just flail at every pitch that leaves a pitchers hand. Which is what most of the people who complain about pitches being thrown out of the strike zone do.
I've gotten all these packs in past years but didn't get the first one or this one yet. I got the email about an hour ago saying I got it but it's not there
