I linked my accounts and can't find any of the data I uploaded to the cloud. Anyone have anything I should look into?

I have linked my PS account to my the show account, and linked my xbox account. I uploaded my PS show 20 RTTS files to the cloud. But when I check for the files on my xbox on show 21 they are not there. I followed all the steps and answers to FAQs about this. I even bought a month of ps plus again just to do this one file transfer. So if anyone has any tips or has a better place for me to voice my frustration let me know please.
