This makes some sense now. I did a CP/C 2 way. 4 year in the minors because I haven't abandoned the role yet and I NEVER get to close anymore, only 7-8th inning guy. Then I only get to be C every 10 game so my stats there are terrible.

I made a two player, but doing better as a closer than a catcher. My PCI is very small now that I moved up to Triple A.

Do I make it bigger by increasing contact skills, vision, or can I not really do anything?

Got into the PS Store, found it, but it says I already redeemed it. Did it auto download or something?

Last year Showdowns were horrid until July, then I thought they got easier until the last two.

Didn't complete the 1st inning one and looking like that's how 2nd inning is going.

There's like 3 perks that really help, the rest are garbage. Players, meh. But the Gold Glove HOF defense out of everyone....eff that! Down 14-15 with 3 outs left against Smith. Hit one deep, and robbed! Then line out, pop out, and brick wall infielders.

I don't think it's scripted, but the sliders are completely jacked up against you. Don't bother calling it rookie or veteran when it's evident the pitching/defense is playing on a way better level.

Probably going to go away from Showdown for awhile and see what happens. And no amout of 'get gud' will fix it when it's not playing like it should. And are people still getting server errors when they are done? God forbid you actually pass it, get a server error, and have it not count.....

Last night was my third attempt and was down 15-10 when I started. Only managed to get 2 hits, 1 run, and lots of cursing over the Dodgers HOF defense and inability to do anything with Fernandos pitches.

Ok, ill just go 'get gud' now until the next server crash steals my time.

Am I missing something on being able to reset the multi game moments? R1 does nothing.

Not sure why they had to make this moment unnecessary difficult. Yeah the hitting might be on rookie but the defense plays like HOF.

Not sure what happened, but I'm ready to break a controller over the 9th and 10th inning Showdowns. Just struggling to get past the mini bosses now after breezing through 5th, 6th 7th, and 8th. Rookie and Veteran difficulties my [censored]!

What am I missing besides loading up on righties and Get Gud?

Cant figure out why they cant give you the whole game to get these hits. Why only 1 AB and you better not mess up!? Annoying AF!

Who is your reliable go-to closer online? I was excited early on when we got K-Wood, but now I cringe thinking about using him after a few blown saves.

Is there a limit of songs you can load into the game? I tried to put 30 songs in and for some reason only half got on.

I've used zoom the last couple of years, but this year zoom feels like it's very far away.

What are you using that works? Is there a way I can emulate the zoom view I have been use to?
