PCI movements

Anyone have any tips to move the pci faster and more accurate. I can get good timing on most pitches but can’t get my pci to the ball. It’s not like I don’t recognize the pitch I know where most pitches are going to go I just can’t get my pci to them causing a crazy amount of pop ups and weak grounders.

Buy the CQC’s (good thumb groove) [censored] your thumb at a 90 degree angle

Try experimenting with how you hold the stick with your thumb -- towards the knuckle, at the tip.

Also before the pitch give the pci a good wiggle around as the pitcher is winding up it gets you thinking fluid and not rigid from a dead stop. Sounds weird but really helps.
