Suggestion for Pitcher Selection

I have a suggestion for the pitcher selection problem.

You set your rotation 1-5 and once you enter the game, it is frozen for the next 5 games.
They can either let you pick who you want or your starter follows the order you set them in.
Once someone is picked they cannot be used until the 5 game cycle finishes.

As for starters out of the pen.
Accounting for the opener, you are allowed to use one starter per game. So you can open with Ryne Stanek and then bring in Kluber. But that's it no more starters.

What if I just started my 5 man rotation and I get a new SP I want to try out?

Now I have to play 5 games before I can try him out?

There's nothing wrong with the pitching selection process. They fixed a problem, let's not complain about an improvement in the game please.

Unfortunately, that is one flaw in my suggestion, but it beats having to face the same card everytime.
There isn't a clear cut 100% solution to the problem.

Besides, how many times last year did you get a new card and have to wait for the roulette of starters to pick him?

I don’t think there’s anything wrong with the selection process. They just need to tweak stamina for starters.
