If you sell a card with pxp on it, then buy that player back - does it start back at level one?

No - you keep any PXP you earn

@rubicante23_PSN not only do you keep it, you can actually earn PXP on cards you don’t even own yet if you play with them in online modes where you can draft them or utilize other users’ cards.
