PSA- you lose 10% on sell order but not on quick sell.

I've been trying to buy Ohtani for the last week and the ampunt of people that don't seem to realize about the 10% tax is insane. Currently Ohtani is listed for 760k, so they will lose 76k and only receive 686k. There is active buy orders for over 720k right now. People are losing almost 40k on their Ohtani because they refuse to use quicksell.

I don’t think you understand what you’re saying. Whether you sell or buy the card, you lose 10%. No one in their right mind is going to Quick Sell Ohtani and take a 750k stub loss. His QS value is only 8500.

@SavageSteve74_PSN I don't think you understand what you're saying or maybe you don't understand what I'm saying.
You only lose 10% on sell orders not on quick sell. There is currently buy orders for 720k, when you quick sell it goes to the top BUYER. if there are no orders you get the base amount. -
I think a better example would be silver bats. You can quick sell for 25. If you list to sell at 25 you only get 23.

@ryguy034753_XBL this isn’t true. the game also takes the 10% when you use the ‘sell now’ option.
-
You have your verbiage mixed. You are correct, Quick Sell is not taxed, but Quick Sell is the minimum amount you get for the card, Ohtani Quick Sell is 8,500 stubs, well below his value. I think what you mean is his Sell Now price, which is around 720k right now, and you still pay a 10% tax when you sell it at that price.
-
@SavageSteve74_PSN yes I think you must be right.
-
@ryguy034753_XBL You clearly don’t understand the difference between quicksell and sell now.
