Weak hits and routine plays.

Anybody else feels like there are too many soft hits and errors on routine plays?
I could be having the worst luck possible today but it feels like I hit the ball hard and get rewarded enough, meanwhile my opponents get hits by hitting the ball hard and also on soft contact.
-
They made fielding matter a lot more this year, so with the worse cards there will be more errors and more balls that fielders would normally get to will drop

@iBonafideScrub__PSN I’ve tried making a all defensive line up and finally hit World Series. u just need rly fast decent defensive outfielders. It sucks cause live series judge can’t even make my line up or its bloop city lol.
-
No, the opposite actually - errors and bad fielding should be more common, if its going to be like real baseball.
The thing about complaining about bloops is that - this game already has WAY WAY too many home runs. It needs more doubles and triples, yes - but definitely not more dingers
-
This game play is miles better than having 99's all over the field. IMO the game gets stale when there are nothing but full 99 lineups especially switch hitters.
There is a massive difference in runs scored against me when I had an outfield of soto, buxton and say judge compared to rafaela, max clark and figgins. I love that defense matters big right now. Outfielders like Soto and Judge really need to hit like 3 HR's each to make up for the runs they give up on defense.

@DemIsE4_XBL yeah I platoon Soto and judge at dh just not viable in the of

Phil Rizzuto is the master (on my squad) of the blooper hit just out of the SS reach and just in front of the CF. He’s magical!!
If only his steal rating was higher! It would be a “triple” every single time he gets a hit.
-
I feel like I ground into double plays more often than last year.
-
Also, bloops wouldn't be nearly as annoying if stealing were fixed to have the same risks as real baseball. Steals are way too free.

@rubicante23_PSN singles are triples lol.
