Shop Packs are out of touch

I'll preface this by saying as a NMS guy I don't ever buy packs in the shop and nor should you.
However, April Spotlight just released a couple of hours ago and one can buy a 25K stub pack that gives you a 1 in 4 chance of getting a card that is already as low as 26k for Chase (so, a loss, as a seller).
You'd have to be a gambling addict or an idiot (or both) to even contemplate spending 25k for a 25% of...making a small loss (and a 75% of making a huge loss).

Its not the packs being out of touch. Its that everyone is in sell mode of anything not live series.

Packs are always out of touch. Extremely overpriced with terrible odds.

They've kinda always been this way - you can't say "it's gatcha" or "sds greed"....like, if they really wanted you to buy packs, they'd price them in a way that makes sense. This isn't even gambling - it's a guaranteed loss! So who would buy?
